Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer for food contact surfaces was not prepared. Ware washing procedure did not include a sanitizing step.
Corrective Action(s): Prepare sanitizer by mixing 1/2 cap household bleach (1/2 teaspoon) per 1L water. Ensure this is prepared when business is in operation for the purpose of sanitizing food contact surfaces. Manual dishwashing sign provided.

3. Various pieces of equipment and items fallen behind equipment/tables
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all noted areas regularly to avoid accumulation of food debris. Discard all greasy cardboard. Declutter all areas. Correct by: Jan 17, 2022

- No signs of pests observed
- Premises is well lit
