-Coolers measured 4C or less: walk in cooler and prep cooler
-Pop cooler is for drinks only
-Food is covered and protected from contamination
-Black trays on prep cooler is cleaned at end of day and maintains 4C
-Prep cooler insert cover is kept closed when not in use.
-No hot holding of pizzas
-No signs of pest during inspection
-Food is stored off the ground
-General sanitation is adequate
-3 comp sink is available and equipped
-Note: Back 2 comp sink is semi blocked with pizza boxes. Move the boxes a little further out to ensure the 2 comp sink is fully accessible.
