Follow-up inspection conducted: - Front display cooler is being used to store packaged drinks. Facility will not be offering sweets. OK. - Handwashing station re-installed for the kitchen and adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags. GOOD. - Recycling bins removed from the storage shelf. Ensure to store food in food grade containers only as agreed at this time. - Most areas mentioned during the routine inspection have been cleaned, except one storage shelf at the back. NOTE: Ensure to have this area cleaned and notify the health inspector. Correction Order issued on October 3, 2022 has been rescinded.
