Overall sanitation satisfactory; slight debris noted in the hard-to-reach area behind shelves in the back. Ensure to clean the area more frequently
Hand washing station stocked with liquid soap and paper towel
Hot and cold running water available at all sinks
3 compartment sink used to manual warewashing; detected 200 ppm of QUAT
All coolers at 4 C or lower; all freezers at -18 C or lower
Sanitation log and temperature logs kept and updated regularly; ensure to update the logs daily.
All food items are stored in appropriately. Opened items are stored in pest-proof containers
Food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized with QUAT sanitizer. Bread storage adequate, metal racks are maintained in sanitary condition
Observed staff washing hands after each task.
Food safety plan available on site
Pest control reports available on site and reviewed; monthly visits made; no sign of pests noted at the time of visit.

COVID-19:
-Staff wearing masks at all times
-Employee check-in questionnaires available and updated daily electronically.
-Physical distancing signs available; maximum of 2 customers at a time and signs posted to inform customers to wait outside if that is the case
-Hand sanitizers available on site
-When inquired about COVID-19 safety plan, staff indicated that it is present but unsure of its location. Please ensure to have a copy of the COVID-19 safety plan at a convenient location.
