Correction: Install a wall mounted paper towel dispenser at hand wash sink.
Comments

Noted issues are being discussed and addressed in some degrees. Color coded cutting boards are provided.
Discussed:

Food storage area in basement to be totally separated from the rest of the basement
Provide enough shelving units in basement to store all products (boxes) off of the floor
Repair any broken flooring throughout the kitchen and area beside the live tank
Increase the frequency of cleaning to maintain satisfactory level of sanitation
No food prep on Butcher (wooden) table in kitchen - can be used as a stand under cutting boards.
Renew the FS Level 1 - one of the owner is already register.

Please note violation tickets (all three noted critical violations noted on routine inspection on Jan 21-2019) are on hold till next visit (improvement to the above).
