Comments

Cleaning has been completed under shelving to remove mouse droppings. Continue to monitor for future activity. Contact Pest Control if further activity is noted. Floor area under shelving in back area has been cleared so that it is easy to clean and does not create runways/harbourage for rodents. Paper towel has been supplied to the staff washroom. One light bulb has been replaced in back storage area. Operator reported that other bulbs (in storage area and walk-in cooler) will need an electrician to repair fixture. An inspection will be conducted in 1 month to verify this has been completed.
