Follow-up to report #ZDER-ATDW44
-Cardboard has been removed as a liner for shelves and no longer re-used if soaked with grease and oil
-Vent hood has been cleaned and appears to be in sanitary condition - operator will get monthly cleaning done by cleaning company for floors and vent hood.
-Meat slicer is being cleaned and sanitized between lunch and dinner rush - bleach solution available next to unit. Complete disassembling of unit and run through dishwasher at the end of day.
-Improvement of cleaning in hard to reach areas and inside cooler
