Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff washroom hand sink automatic liquid soap dispenser not in good working order. Liquid soap not being dispensed.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all hand sinks are provided with liquid soap and paper towels at all times. In the interim, a small pump style bottle of liquid soap has been placed at the staff washroom hand sink.
