-under the shelves (floor) at the BOH PC station

Low temperature iodine glasswasher repaired, measured 25ppm iodine at the glass surface - good
Various areas noted in the previous inspection have been cleaned and rodent droppings removed, however more cleaning is required as noted in the violation above.
Conduct cleaning on a more frequent basis.
