Comments

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; and thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water. The faucet is secured and sealed to the counter top. Water no longer is leaking or pooling.
- General sanitation is good. No signs of pests.
- All foods are stored on pallets.
- No expired foods found for sale or in use.
- Packaged, cut fruit and veggies do not have a packaged on date on them. Start placing a "packaged on date" on the package so staff and customers know how old the product is.
