Observation: - Hole noted in wall which is adjacent to the produce cooler and bread area
- Miscellaneous items noted under shelving in warewashing room in CDS area. CDS area appears cluttered with many items on the floor. Clutter can allow for hiding places for pests and make monitoring difficult.
Corrective Action(s): - Repair wall/cover hole to prevent possible harbourage of pests.
- Remove items from the floor. Store all items on shelving. Keep floor area clear so that runways for rodents are not created and monitoring is facilitated.

- General warehouse and receiving area maintained in sanitary condition. See violation above regarding CDS area.
- Large (drive in) reach in cooler 3C
- Large (drive in) reach in freezer -24C
- Produce walk-in cooler 4C
- Dairy walk-in cooler 1C
- All display coolers were 4C or colder. Product levels maintained at acceptable levels (below product fill levels)
- Temperature of cold holding equipment checked every 2 hours
- No signs of pest activity noted. Pest Control services provided by Orkin on a monthly basis. Reports were provided for review at time of the inspection.

-CDS area
- Handsink supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Glass door cooler at 1C
- Chest freezer -17C
- Quats solution present in warewashing sink and in spray bottles. Concentration of solutions all measured 200ppm
- Probe thermometers present for checking temperatures at sample stations
