General Observations: Upright kitchen cooler temperature was 3 degC Upright kitchen freezer temperature was -19 degC Warmer temperature was 61 degC Hand sink was fully equipped. 200ppm Quats was available for use in a spray bottle. Dishwasher rinse had 50ppm chlorine at the plate level No pest concerns noted at the time of inspection At least one staff on-site had FS level 1 certification. Cooler/freezer temperatures are being logged daily in an App. Take home meal program is still not in place at the moment. Discussed opening of another daycare 2 buildings down.
