Introduction

An unscheduled follow-up inspection to Routine Inspection # ONIR-CDDM78 was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP).
Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR # have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice.
Observed Violations
No violations were found during the inspection.
Comments

At today’s inspection there were 16 children, 3 staff and 2 support workers present. Licensing conducted a walk through of the entire facility,
The contraventions on the routine inspection #ONIR-CDDM78 has been addressed.
The following was discussed with an ECE staff member, who was a delegate for the manager;
- Exemption Application
- Appropriately guiding and caring children
