Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Items (cooked meat and fish) found stored on burner unit hot held at temperatures less than 60 degrees Celsius. Internal temperatures of 48-55 degrees Celsius for all cooked meat items.
CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION: Burner temperature increased. A deeper insert with more water will keep items hotter OR increase in temperature of grill.

Observation: Rodent droppings found in dry storage room on floor.
Corrective Action(s): Spray rodent droppings with 200ppm chlorine solution or equivalent. Remove droppings from area. Wet affected area with 200ppm chlorine or equivalent and soak area. Inspect facility for points of entry for pests. Seal any holes. Obtain services of professional pest control company. Have traps set. Follow recommendations advised by Pest Control Company Technician.

Observation: Gap exists under storage room RSU-836. Discuss with Mall Management.
Items in storage area stored on milk crates.

Corrective Action(s): Door skirt needs to be installed to prevent entry of rodents into storage space.
Replace milk crates with shelving. Milk crates are difficult to clean under and are not well suited to food storage.
