Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Kitchen had no bleach sanitizer prepared. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): While in operation, facility must have bleach prepared at 100ppm to 200ppm to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces. Bleach at 200ppm was prepared at the time of inspection.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food processor and food grater were found to have food debris from previous use. This is a repeat violation.
Corrective Action(s): All equipment must be properly cleaned and sanitized after each use. Food with built on debris may require presoaking to loosen food debris. Equipment was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 29, 2020.
-Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Did not observe hand hygiene issues at the time of inspection.
-General food storage practices improved. Foods were stored off the ground and raw foods were stored below ready-to-eat foods.
-Fly issue has improved since the previous inspection. Ensure facility is maintained in a clean and sanitary condition to prevent further pest issues. Contact pest control services if pest issues persist.
