-Observed staff using the main kitchen's microwave to heat up lunches. Recommend having a microwave available in the staff room and directing staff to use that microwave instead to minimize potential cross contamination.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Freezers were < -18 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control report available onsite.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature reached 76 C at the plate.
Records available for dishwashing and refrigeration temperatures.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
Hand sink was supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
