Routine inspection conducted at the food facility and the following observations were made during the inspection:

The facility has temporarily suspended cooking chicken food products (2 months ago). Only cookies and hot dogs are cooked and sold on site.

Temperature:
- Coolers were measured at 4C or less.
- Chest freezers (x2) in the back area maintained at ~ -20C.
**Ice build up was noted in these freezers. Consider defrosting/service.
- Ice cream freezers at the front were measured at -18C or less.
- 3 display coolers do not work and are used for storing water bottles and pops.
**Do not use these coolers to store any potentially hazardous food unless the coolers are able to maintain temperature of 4C or less.
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up-to-date. Good.
Hygiene and Sanitizing:
- Hand wash stations in both back kitchen area and chicken prep area had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
- Sanitizer spray bottle available.
- Sanitizer dispenser releases Ecolab Lactic acid as sanitizer at 3-compartment sink.
- Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition.
- In general, the facility was clean and maintained in good sanitary condition.

Storage:
- All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor.
- All products were either in original packaging or covered inside coolers.
- Back storage area was had some products cluttered around.
**Re-organize the back storage area.
- Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas.

Pest Management:
- Professional pest control company conducts routine checks.
- No visible signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection.
- Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility.

Administrative:
- Operating permit was posted in a conspicuous location.
- Operator has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
