Routine Inspection
- Walk-in-cooler unit temperature registered at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in cooler contained cold potentially hazardous foods (milk, eggs, butter etc.)
- The rest of the upright cooler units stored only non-potentially hazardous foods (pop, water bottles, gatorade bottles, energy drinks etc.)
- Four chest freezer units temperature registered at or below -18 deg C or less
- Candies are packaged into single-use bags in the back at a table in the back room
- Handwashing station supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- Food contact sanitizer registered between100-200 ppm chlorine
- Disinfecting wipes were also available for general surface disinfection in the retail store.
- Overall sanitation and organization is satisfactory
- No signs of obvious pest activity
