-Timer available to track cleaning freuqency for in-use utensils. Timer is set to 30 minutes for cleaning of in-use utensils.
-No soft drink crates observed to be stored and support under shelving racks.

Handwashing sink well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
