Observation: Hot water was available during the initial inspection. However, after numerous runs of the low temperature dishwasher, hot water was not longer available.

Follow up inspection conducted after 40 minutes of the first inspections.
Hot water is available all 3-compartment sink, prep-sink and hand washing stations.
According to operator, lot of hot water was used when the facility first opened as there was a build up of dishware and utensils needed to be cleaned.
Ensure the hot water tank is sufficiently sized so that there hot water at all times when the facility is in operation.
