Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff wearing gloves to eat potato chips, touch personal items in cubby, then handle dough for wraps.
Corrective Action(s): Must remind all staff of proper hand washing procedures and glove use: wash hands after touching personal items, eating/drinking, returning to shift and before putting on gloves. Change gloves every time they become contaminated.
