Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. Freezer unit was at -18.0C. Hot hold unit was noted at 60.0C. QUAT sanitizer test strips available. 400 PPM QUAT detected in the spray bottles and wall mounted dispensers. Excellent cleanliness noted on a meat slicer. Utensils and food contact items were stored in a sanitary manner and noted in good condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. Overall sanitation and organization satisfactory.
