A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers 4C or colder; freezer was -16C; and thermometers present. Hot dog roller not in operation during the inspection.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labeled; date coded; and stored 6" off the floor on shelves or in cupboards.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- FoodSafe certified staff present.
- A rubber mat is found on the floor in the back storage room, no cardboard present.
- The back storage room is less cluttered and cleaner. Great job.
- General sanitation level is good. No signs of pests.
- Bleach present for sanitizing, but no solution mixed up at time of the inspection. Ensure to sanitize all surfaces, equipment, and utensils at the end of each day to kill germs.
- All in order.
