Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher not reaching final sanitizing rinse 71 degrees Celsius at the dish. . CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION - Dishwasher reached over 71 degrees Celsius however multiple runs required.
Straws found to be stored in rodent droppings. Chewed straws observed. Items discarded.

Corrective Action(s): Repair dishwasher.
Due to rodent infestation have all dishes run through dishwasher once dishwasher is able to reach sanitizing temperature minimum 71 degrees Celsius at the plate and dishwasher has been repaired.
Contact EHO for follow up inspection.
Discard remaining packages of straws that have been contaminated with rodent droppings.
