Walk-in cooler has been repaired: ambient temperature measured 4C at the time of inspection Operator will have more FOODSAFE certified staff on site in the future. Manager on site had a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate (valid to June 2026) Handsink was free of obstructions at the time of inspection Facility's mouse droppings had been removed and area cleaned, operator has contracted pest control services Staff are taking twice daily logs of temperature from both cooler units and recording them in a log
