Observation: Accumulation of dust and food debris observed on floors underneath equipment (i.e. shelving unit, stand up cooler/freezer, sink, fryers etc.) in the chicken processing room.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have the above area cleaned as discussed at this time.

Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C.
- Hot-holding unit operating above 60'C. Serving utensils stored in proper manner.
- Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs maintained.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottles and at automated dispenser.
- Dishwashing sink equipped properly for manual dishwashing.
- General food storage practice satisfactory throughout.

NOTE: Ensure to have a liquid soap available at the handwash station available for customers by the coffee area.

Follow-up inspection to be conducted on Sep 13, 2021 to monitor facility's sanitation level.
