- Hollandaise sauce was set at 140F/60C at time of inspection. Operator is working on the proposed food safety plan and getting lab tests to get hollandaise sauce approved to be held at approx 50C. Until then, ensure product is kept at 60C as per the existing approved food safety plan.
- All hand wash stations were fully equipped and accessible.
