Comments

- Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Bleach available for sanitizing surfaces. Ensure to mix 1 oz bleach with 1 gallon of water for proper concentrations. Do not use comet as sanitizer.
- Walk-in cooler was at 1C
- Walk-in freezer was at -23C
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Chemicals stored separately from food products - good
*Ensure processing of meat products does not exceed 2 hours out at room temperature - transfer processed items to cooler/freezer in batches.
