Food equipment and utensils not in use stored in sanitary condition free of food debris: dough mixer, can opener, slicer and all knives in knife rack. Ensure food equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized after use. For utensils and removable parts of clean in place equipment - all parts to be cleaned and sanitized using the dishwasher. New juice dispenser installed to replace previous unit: juice reservoir 3 C
