Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied throughout.
-Refrigeration temperatures within requirement; Hot-holding temperatures within requirement.
-Coffee stirrers stored in ice. Ice cream machine maintained clean, and the top parts operating <4'C.
-200ppm QUAT available at dishwashing sink and in labelled spray bottles.
-100ppm chlorine available in buckets to hold wiping cloths.
-Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse.
-Equipment maintained in sanitary condition. Ice machines satisfactory.
-General food storage practice satisfactory. Back storage area satisfactory.
-General maintenance and sanitation satisfactory.
-No evidence pest activity observed. Washrooms satisfactory.

NOTE: One designated staff in charge of checking/recording internal temperature of cooked burger patties.
NOTE: Time monitoring stickers for burger making station and all-day breakfast station missing at this time. Time monitoring stickers for other foods (i.e. cooked bacons/cheese etc.) were observed on each. Staff had printed all the stickers but forgot to place them on the containers. Stickers were brought out and placed at this time. 1.5 hour remaining according to the stickers.
Ensure each time monitored food is labelled with sticker at all times. Otherwise, foods stored in the danger zone (4'C-60'C) for unknown period of time must be discarded.
