Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Handsink not provided with soap and paper towel. Hand towel was being used to dry hands. Hand towels, unless single-use, are not an appropriate means to dry hands as they can become a medium for harbouring bacteria as they become more moist.
Corrective Action(s): Soap removed from soap dispenser for access and paper towel was obtained.

General Comments

Freezers operating at </= -18C
Soups placed into plastic containers and returned back to kitchen for washing and sanitizing in three compartment sink
Bleach in spray bottle for sanitizing at 100 ppm
General sanitation is adequate
No signs of pests observed. Fly lights and sticky fly traps in-use.
Dry storage maintained in sanitary condition. Ensure that scoops are not stored inside containers.
