Paper based inspection Report #256687: *Health permit posted in the kitchen. This permit is old and requires replacing. No action from the operator. EHO to request for new one. *Hand wash station stocked with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. *Sanitizer (quats) available at 200 ppm; test strip available. *High temp dishwasher reached 75 deg C at plate surface (test strip and probe thermometer used. *Pest control monitoring in place (monthly check by pest control company). *No signs of pest noted during visit. *Dry storage area was organized and food products stored on shelves. *Kitchen staff - valid Food Safe 1 certification (management tracks and ensure they are up to date). *Temperature checks: - walk-in freezer was at at -19 deg C (ambient temp) - upright freezer was at -18 deg C (ambient temp) - walk-in cooler was at 0-1 deg C - upright cooler was at 2-3 deg C. - no hot holding at time of inspection *Temperature log available and up to date *Staff wearing clean aprons and hairnets. *General sanitation was satisfactory. NOTE: Pay some attention to the back/behind cooking equipment as there were some debris build up *Units 2 & 3 - coolers were at or below 4 deg C; thermometer installed *Delivered health decal for Tabor Assisted Living Food Services.
