Corrective Action(s): Ensure all meat is stored at 4C.
Pick up must be as soon as possible and temperature maintained at 4C.

Maintenance and Sanitation
o 3 compartment sink dishwashing - Sanitizer is mixed from a jug 200ppm or higher in 3rd sink.
Recommend test strips as this is manually poured from the jug. Chemical dispensers from wall are not being used.
o Sanitizer bottles have 200ppm Quats; Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
o Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.
