- The facility is not open for take out business yet. It is currently used as base of operation for two permitted mobiles only. - All handsinks - near cookline, at prep sink, at three compartment sink and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. - High temperature dishwashers are measured and 71C and 75C during final rinse at the dish surface. - Cooler (walk-in) and drinks cooler at front are measured at less than 4C, new cooler (prep cooler) is added to the front area but not in use at this time - Two chest freezers are functional and measured at -16C and -18c. - Sanitizer solution available in spray bottle measured at 200ppm chlorine residual.
