Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats from dispenser registered at 50 ppm (air bubble formed in the line).
Corrective Action(s): Follow manufactuer's recommendations for chemicals (use at 200 ppm and test daily with test strips).
Air bubble was removed and Quats registered at 200 ppm from dispenser.

Observation: 1. Edameme beans stored in open container right beside handsink (without a splash guard in between).
2. Ice machine visibly dirty with mould.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Do not store food right by hand sink. Food can become contaminated when hands are washed. Corrected.
2. Ice machine must be free of mould at all times. Increase frequency of cleaning and sanitizing. Correct immediately

Routine Inspection

-All coolers were 4 C or below. Food labelled and kept in an organized manner in coolers.
-Upright freezer at -18 C.
-Hot held soup was above 60 C.
-In-use utensils stored in ice water.
-High temperature dishwasher registered at 73 C after second run. Dishwasher temperature must be verified daily to ensure it is reaching 71 C on the plate surface (or 180 F for 10 seconds on the rinse guage). Recommend obtaining a maximum temperature registering waterproof thermometer or themolabels to verify temperatures.
-Hand sinks (front and back) were equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and single use towels.
-Quats in spray bottles registered at 200 ppm.
-Proper hand hygiene observed - good.
-Pest control services in place.
-Permit to Operate posted.
