Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C48N3V.
The following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C48N3V.
-Maximum occupancy limit indicated in COVID-19 Safety Plan. Hand sanitizer signage posted at kiosk stations.
-Signage notifying patrons not to enter when they display COVID-19 symptoms posted at the front entrance.
-Maximum occupancy limit of customer washroom posted. 1 person maximum in female and male washrooms.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 100ppm chlorine.

Handwashing stations well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Stand-up freezer and chest freezer temperature logs shows -14F and -16F respectfully taken on June 28, 2021 morning.
Stand-up freezer measured at -8C air ambient temperature. Chest freezer measured at -10C air ambient temperature.

NOTE: Decrease the temperature in refrigeration units to ensure that it holds 4C or lower air ambient temperature.
