-General sanitation is satisfactory
-Coolers at < or = 4C. Avoid overstocking coolers to allow for greater air flow.
-Freezers at < or = -18C
-Hot holding units were not in use at the time of inspection. Ensure they can maintain temperatures of > or = 60C
-High temperature dishwasher in use. Temperature reached 71.4C at the plate level during the final rinse.
-Quat sanitizer available from dispenser
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-No signs of pests observed during inspection
