Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handsink in prep are was completely blocked with utensils in front and handsoap is not accessible
- At two compartment sink operator has provided handsoap but not paper towel
- Handsink in staff washroom was out of liquid soap
Corrective Action(s): - Remove items from front of the handsink in prep area and ensure that it is available
- If two compartment sink is used for handwashing, provide liquid soap and paper towel that are easily accessible
- Restock liquid soap at washroom handsink

Ensure that all handsinks are adequately stocked and are available for hadnwashing by staff and are easily accessible at all times

Routine inspection is conducted and following are observed:
- Sandwich prep cooler, undercounter bakery cooler, small display cooler, upright display cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Display freezer and chest freezer are measured at less than 4C
- High temperature dishwasher is measured at 72C during final rinse at dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer is available in spray bottle, is measured at 200ppm chlorine solution
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection
- FoodSafe level 1 equivalent is verified at the time of inspection, expiry is in 2025
- General sanitation is satisfactory
