Follow-up inspection to July 19, 2021. -Service has been contacted for the 3-compartment sink in the sushi and chicken area. Sanitizer dispenser has not been serviced - staff are currently manually adding Quats sanitizer to water. -Sanitizer spray bottles are being filled at the 3-compartment sink by the deli side. Quats sanitizer was tested at 200ppm. -Sanitizer spray bottles were tested at 200ppm. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
