Routine Inspection:
- Handwash stations are equipped with liquid soap, hot/cold running water and paper towels.
- All coolers = to or < 4C
- All Freezers = to or < -18C
- Hot holding @ >60C. Rice cooker @ 81C during this inspection.
- Chicken being thawed under cold running water.
- All meat / fish is from South seas.
- 3 Compartment sink is available for manual dishwashing.
- Food safe certified employees available onsite.

*Reminder: Ensure fresh solution of bleach water sanitizer each day (twice daily as discussed) Keep rags inside bleach water sanitizer.
