- Manual dishwashing (3-compartment sink) - complied with dishwashing procedure (wash-rinse-sanitize)
- Bleach solution measured at 200ppm
- Provide take-out service (only 1 person for dining service)
- All food & ingredients placed the off at least 15cm of the floor
- Hand washing staiton provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Wash room closed
- Food and non- food items separately stored in dry storage room, but there are a lot of items
- Ensure re-organize the dry storage area

Recommendation:
- Need to make their own COVID-19 safety plan and post the plan at the entrance or prominant area
- need to cover card machine to aid of cleaning & disinfection and instal physical barrier between counter and customer or place on table in front of counter to keep physical distance (at least 2M)
