Observation: Cleaning is required in the following areas:
- Under front coolers and freezers
- Floor behind and under ice machine.
- Inside cupboard under handsink. Sanitize area with 200ppm Chlorine or equivalent. Area may have been contaminated by rodent droppings.

- Dishwasher achieving final sanitizing rinse of greater than or equal to 72 (78.1) Degrees Celsius at the dish
- Sanitizer solution in use throughout food preparation areas and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Three compartment sink method in use and at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm QUAT
- Two functional sink plugs available for use observed
- Ice machine and scoops in good sanitary condition
- First In First out and date stamping methods observed in use
- Hair restraints in use
- Light covers in place
- Cooler handles and seals in good sanitary condition
- Good hand washing practices observed - EXCELLENT WORK!!
- All containers used to store lids/utensils/etc. in good sanitary condition
- Blenders in good sanitary condition - methods employed for allergy cross contamination observed during inspection - EXCELLENT WORK!
