Observation: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas:
1. Dry storage room (mainly in the corners)
2. Along the wall near back door
3. Under food prep table near customer service area
4. Under 2 compartment sink and shelving area
Corrective Action(s): Remove the mouse droppings and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Use proper PPE during cleaning. Discuss the issue with your pest controil company to implement control measures.

Observation: Gap observed at the bottom of back door near dry storage room that could be a potential entry point for rodents.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap to prevent rodent entry to the bakery department.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted and the following observations were made:

- Temperature of walk-in cooler recorded at 1.7C
- Walk in freezer at -15C
- Front display cooler at 4C
- Stand up freezer (bakery) at -12C
- Handwash station (x2) available and had supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm QUATS sanitizer dispensed at 3 compartment dishwashing sink.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher used for ware washing and reached 71C at dish surface during rinse cycle.
- 200ppm QUATS spray bottle available near food prep area.
- Pest proof bulk bins used for storing flour.
- All food items stored 6" off the floor.
- Professional pest control company conducts routine inspection.
