-Prep cooler was at 2C (top and bottom). -Upright cooler was at 4C. -Upright freezer was at -18C. -Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available. -Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towel. -Bleach sanitizer pail was at 200ppm. -Blender sanitized with 200ppm bleach after each customer. -Ice machine was found to be clean and well maintained. -General food storage practices good at time of inspection. -General sanitation good at the time of inspection. -Pest control services offered by the mall.
