At the inspection dated May 5, 2020, there were five children in 30 months to school age care with two staff. Six children were in attendance in Infants and toddlers room with two staff. At this inspection, no contraventions were identified. As part of this Routine Inspection, a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed. Licensing staff completed Risk Screening –Covid -19 prior to this inspection.
Covid-19 prevention strategies were discussed. Licensing discussed the risk of using cloth towels for children in the washroom. Mixing children from both programs in the beginning and end of the care should be avoided to prevent the spread of virus. Covid-19 resources were shared with the staff today. This inspection report was written off site. A copy of inspection report and the risk assessment will be mailed to the facility.
