Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
High temperature dishwasher has accumulation of debris/mildew/biofilm on propellers.
Corrective Action(s):
Clean and sanitize propellers of dishwasher. Ensure that you follow your sanitation plan for cleaning inside of the dishwasher including the propellers, screens, doors, etc.

302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
No QUAT sanitizer detected in one spray bottle.
Corrective Action(s):
Replace QUAT sanitizer in spray bottle. Ensure spray bottles are checked daily and throughout the day to test the sanitizer residual concentration is 200 ppm.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation:
No soap in dispenser for hand sink located beside bottled beverages cooler. Person in charge informed that they have no refills for the soap dispensers at the moment and they are on order for the next delivery.
Corrective Action(s):
Refill liquid soap dispenser. Ensure that all hand washing stations are fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water at all times.

Routine Inspection:
All hand washing stations except the one in the violation above (see violation code 401 above) fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius (0 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit)
Thermometers available for all cold holding units.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer in all buckets = 200 ppm. Wiping cloth stored in buckets - good.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with >71 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse.
Stir spoons stored in ice.
Ice machine clean. Ice scoop stored in designated container.
All food items covered and protected from contamination.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
