Observation: Pizza prep cooler was at 5C to 6C. Compressor was icing up.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods should be maintained at 4C or less to prevent the growth of pathogens and or the formation of toxins. Service cooler to ensure it can maintain 4C or less on a consistent basis. Technician has been contacted and is scheduled to come on Monday.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezer was at -16C.
-Bleach sanitizer prepared in 3-compartment sink tested at 100ppm.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Meat slicer was found to be clean and sanitary. Staff are disassembling the slicer for cleaning and sanitizing after each use.
-Equipment was found to be clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until October 18, 2023.
