Garden Room General Observations: Display cooler temperature is 3 degC Upright cooler temperature is 4 degC; bottom freezer temperature is -21 degC 200ppm Quats is available for sanitizing Dishwasher rinse has 50ppm chlorine Hand-sink's fully equipped Food's prepared in the main kitchen and brought out to the Garden Room for serving. Foods are transported hot (above 60 degC) and transferred into preheated hot-holding units. Temperature of the food is checked in the kitchen then by staff when it arrives in the Garden Room. Any leftovers are cooled then discarded. No hot-holding was being done at the time of the inspection.
