- Food debris and grease accumulation on shelf under cooking equipment.
- All other surfaces and hard to reach areas.

- Kitchen handsink is now draining properly.
- Light covers have been installed on light fixtures above kitchen food preparation areas.
- Staff washroom has been organized and cleaned; however, it is still not usable for its intended purpose.
**Do not store any food or beverage products in staff washroom.
**Ensure that staff washroom is usable per approved floorplans.
