Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator is using Windex at the end of the night for food contact surfaces as well.
Corrective Action(s): Do not use unapproved sanitizers for food contact surfaces (ie. counters, dining tables) -your bleach sanitizer only is allowed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Men's washroom handsink has no paper towels. Women's washroom -paper towel roll not in dispenser

NOTE: this restaurant has had repeat infractions for improper handwash stations for three consecutive routine spot checks -Correction Order issued, next enforceable step is ticketing at $345 per infraction
Corrective Action(s): Adequately stock handwash sinks:
-single drying method -if paper towel rolls are used they must be dispensed to prevent the ends from being contaminated
-single soap dispensing method
-hot/cold water and clear for use

You should be checking daily the above is being met -suggest written log sheets verifying this
